Accreditation Subcommittee

Key Responsibilities

The Accreditation subcommittee will carry out a range of functions in relation to intern accreditation, delegated from the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria, including the development of standards and guidelines, conduct the survey process and management of the recruitment, training and retraining of surveyors and team leaders.

The subcommittee will also oversee the accreditation of PGY2 posts.

Strategic Priorities 2009-10

The Accreditation subcommittee has developed its work plan for 2009-2010 based on the Department of Health Service Agreement, the delgated functions from the Medical Board and the Council's 2009-2012 Strategic Plan.
