Professional Development Program for Registrars
The two-day Professional Development Program for Registrars (PDPR) will be run in 2010 on the following dates: March 23 & 24; April 14 & 15; May 4 & 5; and May 21 & 28. Topics covered in the program include: Roles of the registrar and transitional issues; Leadership and management; Communications and learning styles; Managing safety and quality; Conflict resolution; Supervising others; Managing stress; Team building skills; and Action planning and goal setting. The program is suitable for registrars at all levels.
