PHEEM is the Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environment Measure, a scored forty item questionnaire that was developed in the UK to evaluate various aspects of the clinical learning environment for junior doctors.
THE FEEDBACK TOOL-KIT FOR SUPERVISORS
The Feedback Tool-Kit has been prepared by a project team to address a key concern of supervisors - how to give feedback to address poor performance, and to negotiate an action plan for improvement.
PROFESSIONALISM COMPETENCIES FOR JUNIOR MEDICAL OFFICERS PROJECTS
The initial aim of this project was to identify the range of professionalism skills required by prevocational doctors and to review the current training and education in the area of professionalism, as outlined in the Australian Curriculum Framework for Junior Doctors (ACF). Since 2012, the project team has undertaken an extensive review of the literature, and developed resources for professionalism training at the prevocational level.
