HMO Tutorial Evaluation Form

A toolkit has been developed to assist Medical Education Officers and those involved in the delivery of intern and HMO education programs in the evaluation of their education/tutorial programs. This toolkit has been developed by Eastern Health with funding from the Department of Human Services.

The toolkit has been designed so that there is minimal data entry required in order to produce statistics for each term. The Tutorial Pack contains instructions, an evaluation form to be completed by each intern/HMO attending a tutorial /education program, a hypothetical spreadsheet of data and a sample completed workbook that represents the data. This toolkit enables you to view what the final product looks like and allows you to see formulas, which will act as a teaching aid.
