Aims:The Accreditation officer will represent JMOs on the PMCV Accreditation Subcommittee and any other relevant work groups which are establised to progress accreditation Issues.There is an annual joint meeting with Education Subcommittee (usually March).  The officer will report on issues before the Accreditation Subcommittee to the JMO Forum to subsequently enable input from members back to the Subcommittee. The Accreditation officer is expected to have completed Surveyor Training and to participate in at least one accreditation visit per year.

The objectives of the Accreditation portfolio are to advocate for high quality accrediation standards of all prevocational positions and promote participation of JMOs in accredaition survey teams following surveyor training.
