RATIONALE OF PROJECT:
- To improve access to quality medical education for medical students, regardless of university, health service or rotation
- To create an innovative online platform/app, in order to seamlessly allow junior doctors to schedule and advertise lessons, facilitate student sign ups, post learning resources, and disseminate student-feedback for tutors.
- To provide the opportunity for junior doctors to improve their teaching skills, by building experience, reflecting on student feedback, and by providing formal teaching resources and courses.

AIM OF PROJECT:
- To establish a standardised model through which junior doctors can teach medical students, and thus improve the accessibility and quality of medical education Victoria wide.
SCOPE OF PROJECT:
Currently running successfully at Monash and St Vincent’s Health and is currently rolled out at the Epworth, Austin, Peninsula, Alfred, and Eastern Health.
