SIMPLER AND EASIER TO REGISTER FOR A MATCH

Registration

–  the new Allocation and Placement Service makes registration easier, with mobile-phone friendly pages, simple online forms, and a visual checklist of the steps you need to register, specific to each individual match type.

Registration of your user account and match is simple with the new Allocations and Placement online tool. With the new system, you simply use your email address as your login, and create a secure password. You can then use this account to register for your match, and even use the same login for subsequent years if you use the PMCV allocations process in future.

To create your account, you’ll be asked to select your role type (Doctor / Nursing / Allied Health). This refers to your match type, so for example medical students who are registering for internships would choose Doctor and midwifery graduates would choose Nursing.

After creating your login and password, you will be taken to the candidate dashboard, with the matches filtered on currently open matches in your role type. You can always change your role filter using the drop down menu.

Some of the matches may include pre-screening questions, in order to make sure you are fully eligible for this match type. Once you choose your match type, you will be taken through a step-by-step process to complete the right steps for your match. This may include steps such as selecting your eligibility group, entering in your health service preferences, entering in your CV, uploading supporting documents etc.

Match registration is now mobile-friendly, so you can use the PMCV service on whichever device you want.
