Teaching on the Run (TOTR) Program - Teacher Training Programs for Clinicians

The Teaching on the Run program is a professional development package that includes six modules designed to enable participants to apply sound teaching and learning principles in their workplace environment.


Module 1: Clinical Teaching

Module 2: Skills Teaching

Module 3: Assessment Fundamentals

Module 4: Planning Learning

Module 5: Effective Group Teaching

Module 6: Supporting Learners


TOTR for Junior Medical Officers (JMOs)

Target Audience: This one-day program is open to Junior Medical Officers (PGY1-4) from all Australian states/territories.

TOTR for Senior Clinicians, Supervisors and Educators

Target Audience: This two-day program is open to Senior Clinicians, Supervisors and Educators from all Australian states/territories.
