The Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria Inc. administers the first year psychiatry training match selection service on behalf of the Victorian Psychiatry Training Committee (VPTC) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP).
This match is for first year training commencing in 2026.

Eligibility
Eligibility Group 1
Australian or New Zealand trained medical graduate, or international medical graduate, holding general medical registration in Australia
Eligibility Group 2
International Medical Graduate who will have completed AMC National Competent Authority and be eligible for General Registration by February 2026
Eligibility Group 3
International medical graduate who has Medical registration that has ‘Restricted to practice in Psychiatry’ condition disclosed
