PMCV have launched the following new Accreditation forms for Intern and PGY2 posts:

  • New applications [Intern & PGY2]
  • Change to existing post [Intern & PGY2]
  • Extension to Internship – Coming Soon!

The forms will now be completed and submitted online, with supporting documents submitted within the application form.
Please note that all applications will require approval from the DMS/CMO of the health service prior to submission.
Please note that all parental leave requests must be submitted by the Change to exiting post form.

Below is an overview of the Accreditation approval process after submission.

Outcome

Health Services will be sent an email confirming the outcome of their application.

Request

PMCV Accreditation will be in touch if more information is required to complete an application.

Health Services will be given two weeks to provide this information.

Application

Applications are due on the first Monday of every month.

Health Services will receive acknowledgement from PMCV Accreditation confirming receipt of their application.
The application review process will take up three to four weeks to complete.

Review

Only complete applications will proceed. Any incomplete applications will proceed to the ‘Request for more information’ stage.
