PMCV have transitioned the Request for an Intern extension to an online form available through the PMCV website. This application form captures the required information needed for our Accreditation and Medical Workforce teams to assess your request.

Funding may be provided in specific circumstances and will not be available for all applications.

If you are considering submitting a request for intern extension, please ensure you contact the Accreditation Team with any questions you may have (accreditation@pmcv.com.au) to arrange a time to discuss prior to submission of the form. Once the form has been submitted, the information will be considered as complete and will be assessed accordingly.
