Chief Operating Officer
We are seeking a skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the PMCV team. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing PMCV’s core operations and ensuring the effective delivery of services that support Victoria’s prevocational medical workforce.
The COO will focus on driving organisational strategy, operational performance and digital innovation. You will play a key role in shaping PMCV’s direction, ensuring strong governance, and delivering high-quality outcomes for stakeholders across the health sector.

You are a proactive and highly organised professional who can manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
You will bring:
Experience working across health, systems and governance
Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams and driving business growth
A strong capability to shift effortlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and innovation, rather than just managing day-to-day operations.
Strong judgement—knowing when to escalate, when to decide, and when to influence
A low-ego, results-driven approach—focusing on delivering impact and building trust through collaboration.
