We are currently recruiting for:

Accreditation Senior Administration Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Administration Assistant to join our team. You will be demonstrate strong attention to detail, advanced communication skills and the ability to work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders . Reporting to PMCV Manager – Accreditation and Standards, your aptitude to develop and maintain efficient administrative systems whilst ensuring smooth operations will be the key to your success in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accreditation: Assist in the coordination of the Accreditation Survey program, by coordinating site visits and evaluations though the lifecycle of the program per health service
  • Secretarial Support: Provide administrative support to the PMCV Accreditation Committee, including preparing agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring the smooth operation of meetings and communications.
  • Events and Communications: Coordinate the bi-annual Surveyor workshop, annual Team Leader meeting as well as developing and maintaining the Accreditation pages on the PMCV website.
  • Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including health services, GP practices, and junior medical officer networks, to promote partnership-based approaches.

Essential:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with a customer-service and problem-solving focus.
  • Ability to show initiative, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Highly developed analytical, evaluative, and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the health sector specifically in either Medical Education or Medical Workforce environment.
  • A qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Some travel to metropolitan and regional health services may be required.
  • A current driver’s license is preferable.
