Mandatory Training for:
Prevocational Supervisors who have not completed supervisor training through a specialty college.
Recommended Training for:
Directors of Clinical Training (DCT)/Supervisors of Intern Training (SIT), Term Supervisors, Primary or Day-to-Day Clinical Supervisors and EPA Assessors (e.g. Nurses, Pharmacists, Allied Health).
Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate key principles which should be applied to feedback conversations.
- Recognise opportunities within the National Framework for formal feedback discussions.
- Describe two models for providing feedback.
